Yes - we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €85 or the equivalent in your local currency for EU and UK. For Rest of World, free shipping is over €150. No matter where you are, your order will be delivered securely and efficiently with our trusted global partners.
Yes. All prices shown on the website and at checkout are inclusive of VAT. Even if you live in a country where there normally is heavy duties, ONE New York covers these.

All ONE New York garments are crafted in Braga, Portugal - a region known for its heritage of precision tailoring and premium textile production. We partner exclusively with luxury factories that share our commitment to quality, ethics, and attention to detail. Every stitch reflects the craftsmanship and excellence that define ONE. Some of our items are also made in Italy.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website or through our order tracking page on the website.
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. If you need to change something, please contact us immediately at contact@one-newyork.com.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. For defective items, we provide full refund or replacement. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
