a. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are error-free.

b. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by ONE New York. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

c. Production & Shipping

All products are produced in Braga, Portugal.

Standard shipping is 2–4 business days globally, with free shipping for orders over €80 in EU/UK and over €150 in Rest of World like US, CA, AU, MX and more.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

d. Payment
We accept multiple payment methods including:

Credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

Buy Now, Pay Later options (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, where available)

All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but any order you place will reflect the price at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

If item is wrong or arrives damaged - ONE New York covers your return cost upon proof of faulty product or wrong product.

If item is wrong size - customer covers return, and ONE New York will send another size without shipping cost.

If you regret your order - return shipping is typically your responsibility.

Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of ONE New York or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
